Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

The short version: when you fill in our enquiry form, we use your details to reply to you about your website. That's it. We don't sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.

Who we are

Client Harbour builds and manages websites for the self-employed and small businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk. For anything to do with your data, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you use the enquiry form on our site, we collect:

Your enquiry is emailed to [email protected] so we can read it and reply. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare your free preview, and, if you go ahead, deliver the work you've asked for.

Our lawful basis

Under UK GDPR, we rely on legitimate interest: you've contacted us about our services, so replying to you is a reasonable, expected use of your details. Where you've clearly asked us to do something (like send you a preview), that's also consent. We don't use your details for anything you wouldn't expect from sending an enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for the working relationship and for legal requirements like tax records.

Who we share it with

Nobody, apart from the services that make email and hosting work (our form delivers enquiries via our hosting infrastructure to our email inbox). We never sell your details or pass them to third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email [email protected] and we'll sort it, normally within a few working days and always within a month.
